I took all three of my kids here and from the moment we stepped into the office, all kids were smiling. There were tablet stations, books, and an interactive wack a mole game. The big attraction for my 2 year old was the bouncy ball vending machine which she got a token for after the appointment. All the staff were so friendly, they made sure to keep my kids involved and let them know what they were doing. All my questions were answered and scheduling their next appointments was so easy!
We love this place. My two year old just completed her second visit and the staff were super friendly and patient. At first, my daughter had some apprehension but once she saw the TV monitor, got to hold her new toothbrush and play a game in the lobby, she was just fine. She earned a token for a gift and a balloon and then told me about her experience (her way) on the ride home. Thank you for taking such great care and always giving great advice.
We had an awesome experience at Alexandria Children’s Dentistry. Joceline was so much help in booking our appointment and guiding us with what to expect. My son saw Fatima who was very patient with my son who was very nervous about being at the dentist answered all of his questions and explained everything she was doing so he’d know. By the end he was calm and relaxed. Would highly recommend this place.
Absolutely love Alexandria Children's Dentistry. My kids have gone since they were 1 and are now 8 and 10 at the Landmark location. I love that this office is. So focused on the community. They are not just about making money - they are about making a difference in the lives of our kids. My heart is full - the back to school block party was so so great. I 100% recommend d this office. The doctors... The hygienists...receptionists- EVERYONE - GREAT people.
The staff are so wonderful and kind to my kids. They are patient even when the kids clearly want be somewhere else. I dread taking my kids to the dentist but every time I am reminded how lovely of a practice it is! They get us out as quickly as possible and the little "prizes" at the end are the cherry on top. My family feels very well taken care of here! I have already recommended this practice to multiple friends.
