Oktober Fest
This year we set up a table at Ft. Belvoir’s October Day festival! We were able to talk to families about the importance of oral health and answer questions! We even gave away prizes like an Oral B Tooth Brush to people who participated in the raffle!
Holiday Art Raffle
School Visits
This year we used our Winter Break to go talk to elementary and pre-school students about the importance of brushing! We talked about Good vs. Healthy Snacks and how to maintain good oral health! The kids earned stickers and goodie bags after coming to "check" Ali the Alligator’s teeth with our GIANT mouth mirror!
This year, we also had a Red Nose Day contest! Keep up with our social media to see the winners!
Mother’s Day
We know our patients’ moms are the ones responsible for why their teeth are so beautiful! That’s why this Mother’s Day we let them know they’re doing a excellent job! This year we bought roses for the patients to give to their moms as they finished their appointments! Nothing makes us happier then smiles on everyones faces!
Ft. Belvoir’s Pooch Plunge
Every year right before they close the pool at Ft. Belvoir, they open it up to doggies to take a dive! We hung out with the doggies and gave out treats! One of the assistants’ dogs, Boo, even won an ice-cream-eating contest! We had a blast! Loved seeing our patients’ dogs!
Healthy Snack Halloween Party
November 1st, 2014, we invited our patients to join us in celebrating Halloween with a Halloween party without the candy to observe our office’s anniversary and to show our appreciation to our patients! It was hosted at JW Tumbles in Alexandria. We had healthy snacks like pretzels and water! We had a great time, and we hope our patients did too!
